입학 지원 절차 / Application procedure / 入学申请程序
[STEP 1] 입학 지원 Application
- 입학 지원은 온라인으로 받고 있으며, 입학서류를 스캔 뒤 PDF로 변환하여 압축파일을 업로드 해야 합니다.
We accept online applications, and you need to scan your admission documents and convert them to PDF format before uploading them as a compressed file.
入学申请在线接收，需要将扫描的入学文件转换为PDF格式并作为压缩文件上传。
[STEP 2] 서류심사 Documents Screening
- 입학 서류에 이상이 없는지를 검토하는 단계입니다.
This stage involves reviewing the admission documents for any discrepancies or issues.
这是学校检查入学材料是否有异常的阶段。
[STEP 3] 서류 원본 발송 Original Documents Submission
- 서류에 이상이 없으면 서류 원본의 제출을 요청드립니다. 지원자는 국제 우편을 통해 서류 원본을 접수 기간 마감 전 까지 학교에 보내야 합니다.
If there are no issues with your documents, we request that you submit the original documents. Applicants must send the original documents to the school via international mail before the application deadline.
若文件无误，申请人需要在文件提交截止日期之前通过国际邮件将原始文件寄送到学校。
[STEP 4] 입학 심사 Admission Screening
- 한국어연수과정 최종 합격자를 선발하는 단계 입니다.
It stage involves selecting the final successful candidates for the Korean language program course.
这是选拔韩国语研修课程最终合格者的阶段。
합격 뒤 입국 절차 / Immigration Procedures After Acceptance / 获得录取后的入境手续
[STEP 5] 등록금 납부 Tuition Fee Payment
- 최종 합격자에게 등록금 납부 고지서를 발급하며, 등록금 납부 확인 뒤, 비자 발급을 위한 서류를 제공해 드립니다.
Successful applicants will receive an invoice for tuition. After confirming the payment of the tuition fee, the school will provides the necessary documents for visa issuance.
最终合格者将收到学费缴纳通知。在确认缴纳学费后，学校将提供签证申请所需的文件。
[STEP 6] 비자신청 Visa Application
- 합격자 본인이 직접 한국 재외공관에 비자를 신청해야 합니다.
This means you need to visit the Korean embassy or consulate in your respective country to complete you application.
合格者必须亲自前往所在国家的韩国大使馆或领事馆申请签证。
[STEP 7] 한국 입국 및 학교 도착 Korea Entry And School Arrival
- 개강일 전에 학교에 도착해야 하며, 분반 시험에 참가하고자 하는 인원은 시험 날짜를 고려하여 입국해 주시기 바랍니다.
You must arrive at school before the first day of classes. If you wish to particiapte in the placement test, ensure you enter the country in time for the test date.
必须在开课日前到达学校,想要参加分班考试的人员请考虑考试日期入境。
[STEP 8] 한국어연수과정 개강 Beginning The Class
- 합격자는 개강 후 일주일 이내로 반드시 수업에 참여해야 하며, 참가하지 못한 인원은 입학이 다음 학기로 연기됩니다.
Successful applicants must attend classes within one week of the start of the semester. Failure to do so will result in a deferral of your admission to the next semester.
开学后一周内必须参加授课,否则合格者将被推迟到下学期入学。
